The Rainbow Relax Baby Massage Course is a baby massage course with the added benefit of light.

We use coloured lighting to create a calming atmosphere for both parents/caregivers and babies and we use techniques from light therapy to improve physical and mental wellbeing. 

Each week there will be a maximum of 30 mins of actual hands on massage.

There will also be some different sensory exploration props added each week to the class.

Before we begin massage, babies will have the opportunity to enjoy a warm bath under our Aurora Light Projector while parents use our head massager and Jade rollers to start the introduction of massage to babies. Once babies are dry, we provide a heater towel then we begin massage.

The rest of the class will be made up of socialisation and refreshments.
